Vineet Jain

Vineet, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is responsible for commercial aspect of the business. Apart from FCA, he holds a Masters degree in Foreign Trade from IIFTR Institute of Indore. He has also acquired his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute Pune.

Prior to ForeStep, he has co-founded UWC group (United Works Corporation) which is successfully running its operations into various business streams including Food Processing, Textiles, Educational Infrastructure and Wealth management.

Vineet serves as an independent director on boards of Multinational group Ecotech which has its operations in 5 different continents and Unicon Metals having its operations across India. He has been in a management and financial advisory role with both the groups since the very beginning of their manufacturing operations in India.

Ravi Arora

Ravi is an FCCA-qualified finance professional based in UK, with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses across Food Manufacturing, Steel, Medical Services, and IT-enabled Services. He has a strong track record in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving controls, and strengthening finance operations. His expertise includes management and financial accounts, UK RDEC, FP&A, business controlling, SOX/ISOX compliance, and UK audit and statutory reporting. Ravi has worked closely with CEOs and Finance leaders, helping them streamline processes and drive financial efficiency.

With deep UK finance leadership experience and a trusted offshore team in India, Ravi now helps organisations access high-quality finance support at a significant cost advantage — without compromising on accuracy, governance, or service standards.

Gaurav Bangard

Gaurav is a qualified chartered accountant with a specialisation in Forensic audits. an active philanthropist with a history of supporting education and schools. Whether in business or in social venture, he has always attempted to tackle big problems and find transformative solutions.
He has a prior experience of project managements including completion of government projects.

Sanjay Punjabi

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant and a Corporate finance advisor, He has an experience of providing project finance to industries from various sectors including Food Processing, Education, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-energy, Batteries manufacturing etc.

Pawan Goyal

Pawan heads the Data Analytics division in the organisation. He has more than 12 years of experience as business data analyst, prior to which he was into ERP consulting for businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistical Science and then went on to complete MBA in Finance.
He also holds certifications as a consultant with SAP FICO and ERP consultant of Microsoft Dynamics

Vaishali Jain

Vaishali is responsible for administration and operations of outsourcing division. She holds a diploma in Business Accounting with a specialisation in Tally ERP. She also has an expertise in working on Pronto ERP. Prior to ForeStep, she was an educationalist and looked after the administration of educational institutes. She also holds the M.Sc. degree with a specialisation in Physics.

Praveen Raghuvanshi

Praveen, who supervises the Accounting division in the firm, has a decade long experience in industries like Construction, FMCG, Automobiles and Instrumentation. He has worked on various accounting software including XERO and Quickbooks. His areas of expertise is streamlining of accounting procedures and management accounting.

Sachin Suryavanshi

Has a vast experience in handling accounts of several manufacturing and trading entities. Previous to this, he worked as a full time accountant, first in construction industry and later into Metal refinery. His area of specialisation is intricate working of ERPs with a command in Tally and Pronto.
